Responsible for three college projects delivering distance learning courses to 4000 learners and worth £1m in revenue. Organise and prioritise workload of six team members to achieve targets.
Liaise internally with team leaders, consultants, management, IT, HR and Finance departments to ensure projects properly resourced and issues resolved quickly and professionally.
Communicate regularly with college and awarding body officials, produce status, invoicing and audit reports, troubleshoot problems that arise and address client concerns. Ensure official regulations and internal policy adhered to. Developing internal procedure to match changing requirements.
